Fleshvessel is an avant-garde progressive death metal band with members from the U.S., Thailand, and Canada. The band is recognized for their bold experimentation, blending progressive death metal with jazz, classical, folk, and symphonic prog into a rich, unpredictable soundscape. Their compositions are defined by multi-instrumental layers, seamlessly integrating flute, viola, and clarinet solos with punishing death metal sections, resulting in a boundary-defying musical journey.

Their debut album, Yearning: Promethean Fates Sealed (I, Voidhanger Records), established their reputation, earning widespread acclaim from critics. Angry Metal Guy praised the album’s genre-blurring chaos, while Metal Injection awarded it an impressive 9.5/10 for its daring complexity.
